Wayne Bell, president of the United Way of Virginia’s Eastern Shore, says, “As president of the United Way, I am excited to have the husband and wife combo of Will Russell and Elizabeth (Dodd) Russell, who both have agreed to serve as the 2018-19 campaign co-chairs. I have the utmost trust that they will do an outstanding job and help us meet our campaign goal which will be determined in the near future.”
The Russells, married in 2017, have been extremely active in in business and civic events since returning to their native Eastern Shore after graduation from college.
